Shipping policy

Shipping Method:

All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service, FedEX Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or USPS throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live.

Michigan Residents-Please note: Packages shipped within MI, in most cases, will arrive in one business day via Standard UPS ground service or USPS. It may not be necessary to pay for any type of expedited service.

Exactly when will my package be delivered?

UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.

Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and other events that may occur.

How do I get a tracking number for my order?

If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse via Quantum View Notify, with the method of shipment and the tracking number, immediately after your order ships. If you have any questions regarding the shipment, please email us.

Shipping Rates: Continental USA

Shipping rates include Handling, Packing and Insurance.
We charge calculated rates based on the package weight and shipping distance. We use UPS, FedEx, USPS and even LTL for some larger orders. If your order requires an LTL shipment, someone will contact you to gather special delivery instructions if any are necessary.
