The Hi-Buff® 6” Backing Interface Pad attaches to a 6 Inch hook and loop backing plate to add a soft pad between the backing plate and a 6” hook and loop sanding disc. The soft pad allows the sanding disc to follow the contours and curves of the vehicle, offering better control and stability.
- Pro-Level Performance: Made of soft-density sponge cushion, construction conforms to the sanding pad. The sponge cushion buffer backing pad is soft and flexible, which can reduce the vibration from the sanding tool and improve performance.
- Foam Interface for Greater Control: With outstanding quality, these microfiber pads come with a 3/8 inch padded foam interface that helps to protect the pad as well as the surface of the car with increased stability and controlled performance.
- Hook & Loop Backing for Quick Swaps: One side is HOOK face, which can stick with hook & loop sanding discs, and the other side is LOOP face, which can stick on hook & loop sanding pads.
